Maintain awareness of all business activities and measure progress accordingly.
Formulate group objectives, operational plans, strategies, and budgets to achieve business goals.
Set expectations, goals, and policies; maintain standards of work across respective business units.
Manage projects, track progress, and measure efficiency by regularly checking in with business units and updating the Director.
Provide sound leadership and coaching across business functions to develop employees.
Manage business operations and promote good business practices.
Collaborate with Singapore HQ directors to define global corporate strategy, targets, and growth trajectory.
Handle and follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads for Cylinder & Valve, Bulk Liquid, ISO Tanks, Trading, Energy, Cryogenic Logistics, and Cryogenic Tank Repair and Maintenance.
Manage supply and demand for various gases (LIN, LOX, Propane, Propylene, Ammonia, Helium, etc.) in the domestic market.
Visit local competitors to gather market information and benchmark ratings.
Check and approve sales-related documents such as quotations, PR, PO, tax invoices, and sales orders.
Review tank maintenance and general upkeep status periodically with engineers.
Assist the accounts department in pursuing outstanding or overdue payments from customers.
Review contracts and agreements.
Manage customer assignments to sales personnel based on geographic divisions.
Schedule visits and determine minimal revisit durations.
