- Handle complex negotiations and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in planning sales budgets, forecasts, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Represent the company at events and trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.

Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in customized travel packages across ASEAN. We seek a Sales Manager to drive growth, manage the sales team, and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Malaysia.
- Degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, and trends.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
- Detail-oriented with accurate handling of sales processes.
