Job Summary:

  • Expected salary: RM5,000 - RM8,000 per month

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, generating new business, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customers
  • Achieve or surpass sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Handle client negotiations, inquiries, and support as the primary contact
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate post-sales services

Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify leads and industry trends
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial offers

Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics for on-time delivery
  • Provide feedback to quality and R&D teams for product improvements
  • Forecast demand and contribute sales input for production planning

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and dashboards
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies
  • Monitor competitors and suggest counter-strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for trend and sales pattern recognition
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Experience guiding and mentoring sales teams
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
