  • Manage end-to-end sales administration process and liaise with legal and financial stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis impacting business activities.

Job description

Provide reliable and sound analysis, reports, and recommendations on market intelligence, findings, and information related to other project development activities that may impact the Group’s business activities.

Develop, plan, and ensure effective implementation of advertising, promotions, campaigns, and public relations activities to achieve set targets.

Carry out any other duties as instructed by Management from time to time.

Oversee the end-to-end sales administration process, including buyer registration, booking, SPA coordination, and deposit collection.

Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers to ensure smooth execution of SPAs and financing processes.

Handle administration and selection of end-financing arrangements with panel banks.

Coordinate with internal credit and finance departments to ensure timely progress claim submissions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the property development industry, specifically in sales and marketing roles.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with sales documentation, including Sales & Purchase Agreements, Advertising Permit & Developer License (APDL) applications, bank loans, Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) processes, and related documentation.

Solid understanding of property-related legislation, such as:

  • Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act
  • National Land Code
  • Other relevant legal frameworks.

Well-versed in property buyer and investor markets, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends.

Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans for property launches and campaigns.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
