Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and executing effective sales strategies. You will collaborate with both outdoor and indoor sales teams to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop initiatives to drive sales growth and business expansion.
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Prepare and present business proposals.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
6. Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and identify business opportunities.
8. Handle inquiries, prepare and deliver quotations promptly.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and coordinate shipments.
10. Keep clients updated on order status.
11. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics or related industries.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
5. Effective communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin (required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
