Responsibilities

• To assist Head of Operations and other Senior Management in all sales.
• Manage in-house sales team and improve their performance.
• Come up with strategies to improve sales for the Group.
• Able to do sales projections for the Group.
• Liaise with end financiers and bankers.
• Liaise with real estate agents and potential buyers.
• Liaise with all relevant Government departments.
• To update relevant sales systems for the Group on a daily basis.
• To review and improve the current sales systems if necessary.
• Any other matters relating to sales.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Days And Working Hours

• 5-day work week - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (compulsory to work on Sundays)

Salary : RM9,000
