The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join our team at BIG EDGE DESIGNS (M) SDN. BHD. in Melaka Raya Melaka. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth for our company.
Key responsibilities
Development of new customers for product label, packaging box and offset printing.
Identify and approach potential clients, expanding the company's customer base.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales growth.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, and strategies to achieve company targets.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in advertisement, printing, packaging and graphic design.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of advertisement, printing and graphic design and industry trends is an advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
