Jade Commercial Services is hiring a Full-time Sales Manager in Taman Melodies, Johor. Apply now to join our team.


Job Summary:

  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM8,000 per month
  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in wooden crating, logistics, and industrial moving services.
    • Identify and acquire new clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and semiconductor industries.
    • Sell moving services, including machinery relocation, heavy equipment transportation, and factory relocation.
    • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and offer tailored crating and moving solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with operations for seamless project execution.
    • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.
  • Sales & Revenue Performance:
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets aligned with company goals.
    • Identify market trends and new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with operations and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
    • Contribute insights on customer needs to improve service offerings.
    • Assist internal teams in planning, execution, and quality assurance of projects.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related fields.
    • At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics, packaging, or industrial moving services.
    • Proven success in selling machinery relocation, crating, and heavy lifting services.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Capability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Industry & Market Knowledge:
    • Understanding of wooden packaging, machinery moving, and logistics operations.
    • Knowledge of export packaging standards, ISPM 15 compliance, and industrial equipment transportation.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive in seeking new opportunities.
    • Strong networking skills within the industry.
    • Willingness to travel within Malaysia for meetings and site visits.
