Position: Sales Manager
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Option 1: Monday – Friday (Saturday Half Day, Sunday Off) Option 2: Monday – Sunday (Tuesday Half Day, Wednesday Off)
Location: No. 9, Jalan Cemerlang Jaya, Taman Cemerlang Jaya, 83500 Parit Sulong, Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Scope
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed performance goals
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and standards
Requirements / Preferred Qualities
• Proven experience in sales leadership or management
• Strong strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• Familiarity with market analysis and CRM tools is a plus
