Job summary

Pharma Nord Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive business growth across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacists, and strengthen our market presence nationwide.

You will coach Product Specialists, develop sales strategies, build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, support negotiations, and ensure strong reporting and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and consistently achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Product Specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies and drive business growth across hospitals, clinics and pharmacists.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
• Support customer negotiations and key account development.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for Management.
• Conduct field coaching, onboarding, and training for the sales team.
• Identify market opportunities through customer and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM systems, and sales processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate Product Specialists to achieve sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.


• Support customer negotiations and key account development.

What We're Looking For

• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories.
