Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. You will manage customer relationships, generating new business, and collaborating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous year performance and review same;
Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule.
Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunity of sales.
Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.
Preparing Quotation, SO, PI.
Follow up on payment and other arising matters with customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5–8 years of sales experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
Advanced time management skills
