You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and analyzing market data for strategic planning. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years in sales, be self-motivated, and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsible for achieving the company’s annual targets by increasing revenue.
Follow up with customers to achieve sales as per the budget plan.
Study & understand the budget plan allocated to the team, work toward achieving the set targets.
Analyze market data and competitor information to develop business strategies and action plans.
Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the business.
Obtain latest product/line-up information & demos from the engineering team.
Gather customer and market information in the region of responsibility.
Map customers to the product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy.
Introduce the company’s latest technologies to relevant customers.
Identify the best strategy/business model for each customer/product.
Coordinate efforts with business partners to realize business objectives based on the business model.
Negotiate pricing with customers to maintain profitability as set forth.
Plan buffer stock based on customer needs and the company’s component supply.
Follow up to ensure payment as per customer credit ratings.
Sales and Marketing Reports
Prepare project/sales analysis reports, sales trip reports, or any adhoc reports.
Assist and coordinate with market research activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Provide marketing reports on market, product, and country-specific insights.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Serve as the primary contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Willing to travel.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player, achiever, highly independent.
- Knowledge of telecommunication sales, business development, marketing, and channel sales skills.
