Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering / Technical Sales.
  • Preferably 5 years working experiences in sales or applications of Electrical Engineering solutions in Malaysia.
  • Good influencing, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good social, interpersonal and communication skills; able to build a network and team environment in an organization of shared accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the team for sales and marketing activities of the products and solutions from industrial automation sector.
  • Collaboration with principal for supports in terms of commercial or technical.
  • Drive initiatives' activities according to market segment.
  • Drive opportunities creation activities.
  • Update sales management tools and report to line manager.
  • Forecast management for the given territory.
  • Market intelligence observation and feedback to product groups.
  • Key account management.
  • High level of collaboration with extended sales force in opportunity creation, addressing customers' need and effective account management.
