Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• Willing to start from frontline retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and promotional activities across assigned channels and outlets.
• Develop understanding of consumer purchasing behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build product knowledge and effective sales communication skills.
• Support territory coverage, customer servicing, and account management activities.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets through effective sales execution.
• Conduct market surveys and gather insights to identify business opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR teams on cross-functional projects.
• Identify areas for operational and team performance improvement.
