A leading industrial product manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Sales/Key Account Executive to drive growth and manage key customer relationships. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and providing top-notch customer service. The Role
As a Sales/Key Account Executive at Visko Industries Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Port Klang, Selangor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and issue resolution
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales/key account management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
