AATAS LIVING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Designer in Malaysia to turn clients' visions into stylish kitchens and interiors. You will consult on space planning, materials, and design concepts while driving sales and building lasting client relationships.

The role offers a base salary with commission, travel allowances, staff purchase benefits, medical coverage, and paid annual leave. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided to develop design and sales skills.

Qualifications

Experience in Kitchen Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Consult & Advise – Offer expert guidance on space planning, materials, and design concepts.
Drive Sales Performance – Close deals, meet targets, and earn commissions.
Lead Generation & Networking – Seek new business opportunities via referrals and outreach.
Sales Documentation & Coordination – Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle documentation.
Project Management – Oversee design/renovation progress and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Customer Experience – Work with installation team to ensure smooth projects.
Client Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
