What you'll be doing

1. Engage proactively with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
2. Develop and present tailored design proposals showcasing your creativity and practical solutions.
3. Negotiate contracts and secure sales professionally and persuasively.
4. Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance our sales offerings.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a sales professional in the interior design industry with a successful client acquisition record.
2. Strong creative and technical skills in interior design, capable of translating client requirements into appealing and functional solutions.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective presentation of design concepts.
4. Proven project management skills to coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
5. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
6. A diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
