Job Responsibilities

• Follow up/meeting with clients and produce furniture layout plans, style proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients accordingly.
• Produce creative ideas and develop interactive designs.
• Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager.
• Manage project costs and collaborate closely with the 3D visualizer and relevant departments.

Qualifications for Success

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Art, Design, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry.
• Own transportation is required.
