Qualifications:

1. Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous sales experience is a PLUS.
3. Hungry for Sales.
4. Product knowledge of cabinetry, home living furniture, and interior design for home renovation is a plus.
5. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking contractors.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, and 3D rendering; willing to learn company-specific design software.
8. At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
9. Own transport is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgets.
2. Develop innovative design concepts and present them using 2D/3D visualization tools.
3. Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, materials, and furniture.
4. Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
5. Work closely with clients and in-house designers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
6. Contribute to sales goals and provide quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and complaints.
7. Ensure client satisfaction through reviews and ratings.
8. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
10. Report weekly work schedules and progress to top management.
