Job Description:

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs and objectives to meet their satisfaction.
• Create customized interior design concepts and mood boards that align with the client's vision and budget.
• Provide expert advice on design materials, design concept, furniture, color schemes specifications, and space planning.
• Present design proposals to clients and adjust plans based on their feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Drive sales by promoting design services and products to potential clients.
• Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Keep up to date with design trends, new materials, and products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or sales, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales ability and the ability to identify client needs and match them with design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends, materials, and products.
• Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
• Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and sales driven.
• Own transportation.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
