A leading company in the higher education sector is looking for a Senior Sales Leader to drive sales and manage client relationships across Southeast Asia. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various teams, and extensive travel. We are seeking motivated and skilled sales professionals across experience levels 8 to 10 years to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth in the higher education sector. Whether you're stepping into a managerial role or bringing years of leadership experience, you'll be involved in driving revenue, managing client relationships, supporting campus-level engagement, and expanding our reach across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
For Senior-Level (8- 10 Years):
Own and drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and sales KPIs.
Manage full enterprise deal cycles with private universities and public institutions.
Navigate complex government/university procurement processes.
Develop and lead go-to-market strategies across Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
Provide executive-level reporting and mentor junior sales team members.
Represent the organization at strategic networking and industry events.
General (All Roles):
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Passion for education and technology sectors.
High attention to detail, self-starter, and adaptable mindset.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Experience-Based:
8+ Years: Proven track record in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales, ideally in higher education. Experience managing large accounts, procurement cycles, and regional sales strategy.
Preferred Skills (All Levels):
Experience in sales, negotiations and leading teams
Good at building strong client relationships
Clear communication and basic data/reporting skills
Strong in strategy planning and execution.
