Job description

We are a professional Drinks Equipment supplier, now looking for a person who has a passion for the Sales field. If you have Barista or F&B related experience in this field, give yourself a chance, we CONNECT Together!

Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Characteristic Requirement:

1. At least 1 year experience in the Sales Industry.
2. At least a diploma; F&B industry experience will be an advantage.
3. Able to speak Bahasa Melayu and English; other languages will be an advantage.
4. Knowledge of Canva design software will be an advantage.
5. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Must know how to use PC-desktop.
7. Must know how to use Social Media apps (e.g., FB, Insta, TikTok).
8. Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
9. Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities.
10. Multi-tasking of various front and back of the house duties such as assisting with stock organization, packing, checking stock, daily cleaning jobs, and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. If you cannot accept multi-tasking, please don’t apply for this job.
11. Friendly with customers.
12. Must have own car transport.
13. Healthy body and not frequently taking MC.

Job Scope:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
3. Industry-Specific Sales: Leverage knowledge of the F&B industry, particularly the barista or coffee sector, to offer relevant products and services to clients in this field.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on the F&B industry, to provide expert guidance to clients.
5. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to senior management.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to increase market share.
7. Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers through email, chat, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base.
