About the role

LANC CORPORATION SDN BHD' is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

Coverage Areas (Multiple Headcounts Available):

Northern Region (Penang, Kedah, Perak)

What you'll be doing

To market our range of products to all retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and through our distributors;

To perform due diligence on existing and potential customers and document their information for credit approval and review;

To timely collect all payments which are due;

To perform regular monitoring on customers and report their performance to the company;

To make plan all travel arrangement on your own;

To manage all marketing and communication efforts on behalf of the company;

To propose marketing plans and implement the agreed action points per marketing plans;

To manage all promotions, distribution, pricing as per agreed plans;

To review, propose and agree all sales and marketing targets on a monthly basic.

To prepare daily sales report and submit if on the next working day.

To take on any assignments given by management from time-to-time.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
