Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through warm leads calling, networking, and social media
  4. Conduct sales via face-to-face and telephone, meeting with potential clients and listening to their requirements
  5. Monitor changes in product sales (i.e., daily sales performance) to ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets
  6. Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory, etc., are up-to-date
  7. Update current sales situation
  8. Work collaboratively with team members and reach the sales targets set by management
  9. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  10. Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure high professional standards and that monthly sales and KPI targets are met
  11. Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  12. Experience in sales of medical products is preferred

- Able to travel to various locations (Pantai Timur, Utara, Selatan, and Center)

- Sales by area

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in a related field
  2. 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  3. Experience in customer relationship management and providing excellent customer service
  4. Excellent command of professional written & oral English; bilingual skills preferred
  5. Able to start immediately or on short notice
  6. Willing to travel outstation and own a vehicle (car)
  7. Flexible working hours
