Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients requiring Licensing Consulting and Foreign Worker Recruitment services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
3. Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to promote our services to decision-makers and HR departments.
4. Market Research: Keep updated on labor laws, licensing requirements, and industry trends.
5. Negotiation & Closing: Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
7. Reporting & KPI Achievement: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Licensing or Foreign Worker industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with China clients).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
