Job summary

A dental equipment supplier in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to expand its market presence. The role involves promoting products and services, conducting field visits, and preparing sales presentations. Ideal candidates should possess at least SPM, with preference given to those with degrees in Biomedical or Science, and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.   • Penang (Need 1 technical sales headcount)
  • Johore Bahru (Need 1 sales executive headcount)

Responsibilities
  • Promote and improve brand awareness and ensure market expansion for the range of products & services in the assigned territory.
  • Field visit to GP / Hospital / University / College / Government.
  • Prepare sales visit plans and conduct sales presentation & demo to prospective customers to secure their order and contracts.
  • Support existing customers and analyse sales records to develop strategies to grow the market & business.
  • Execute company strategies (e.g., loyalty program) and promotion plan to gain market share and retain current users.
  • Prepare & support company organized roadshow, seminars, workshops, and trade exhibitions.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager / Supervisor to enhance growth of the assigned sales territory.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • At least SPM, preferably with good credit in Science and English.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
  • Young graduates from Biomedical or Science stream encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 years field sales experience in Medical, Dental, Pharma or related industry with proven sales record.
  • Fast learner with good selling ability to convert customers.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and other major languages.
  • Possess own car & a valid driving license.
