Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, including technical and senior management teams.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage fleet accounts and perform regular performance reviews.
- Respond to tenders with tailored, competitive proposals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support.
- Maintain accurate customer data using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealer managers to deliver comprehensive fleet solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in truck or heavy machinery sales.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle or heavy equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
