About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at IGEOTECH (M) SDN BHD'. This is a full-time position based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed targets
- Prospecting and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with professionalism and integrity
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Manage full process of sales cycle: From lead generation, cold calling, consultation to closing.
- Execute of sales strategies to reach company; sales target.
- Able to cover basic training to end user when required.
- Able to do coordination for customer with other department for whole project to roll out.
- Plan Sales & Marketing activities to achieve Sales Target & KPI
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-related environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel outstation when required
- Competent in Microsoft Office Skills ( Word , Excel & Power Point)
- To identify new business prospects and selling product to them.
- To maintain good rapport with existing clients
- To build and maintain relationships with new clients
- Sales Experience will be an added advantage
- Presentable & initiative to learn.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
