About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at IGEOTECH (M) SDN BHD'. This is a full-time position based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed targets
  • Prospecting and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage full process of sales cycle: From lead generation, cold calling, consultation to closing.
  • Execute of sales strategies to reach company; sales target.
  • Able to cover basic training to end user when required.
  • Able to do coordination for customer with other department for whole project to roll out.
  • Plan Sales & Marketing activities to achieve Sales Target & KPI

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-related environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel outstation when required
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Skills ( Word , Excel & Power Point)
  • To identify new business prospects and selling product to them.
  • To maintain good rapport with existing clients
  • To build and maintain relationships with new clients
  • Sales Experience will be an added advantage
  • Presentable & initiative to learn.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
