Sales Executive (Southern Region)

This full-time role involves proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving the growth of Safetyware's safety equipment and solutions through strategic sales approaches and excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads via networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
2. Arranging and conducting in-person meetings to understand client safety requirements and present tailored solutions.
3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
4. Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Updating the sales pipeline and reporting on activities and progress.
6. Collaborating with marketing on sales materials and campaigns.
7. Following up on payment collections.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in safety equipment or industrial supplies.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, with a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and sales reporting tools.
