Proactively identify and target potential clients including interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, hospitality groups, and retailers.
Drive new business acquisition through in-person meetings, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and trade events.
Manage a sales pipeline and track progress through each stage from initial contact to contract signing and order fulfillment.
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client segments (residential, commercial, hospitality).
Provide technical consultation and recommendations based on project specifications, usage requirements, and design aesthetics.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and partners to maximize repeat business and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, quotations, and order updates.
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring service excellence across the sales journey.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, or referrals and convert them into active accounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full product portfolio including new launches, technical specs, certifications, and installation processes.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy and positioning.
Contribute insights and feedback to HQ for product development and localization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service and timely project delivery.
Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to the Country Manager.
Participate in trade exhibitions, roadshows, and industry seminars to represent the company and grow the brand's presence in the market.
