We are expanding and looking for driven, passionate individuals to join us on this exciting journey to create the future together!

Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage and grow Japanese customers in the ASEAN region.
  2. Coordinate with HQ in Japan on transferring customer projects to ASEAN.
  3. Coordinate pricing with the marketing department and facilitate quotes to customers.
  4. Review customer forecasts and work with customer service to ensure smooth deliveries.
  5. Build good rapport with customers to increase market share.
  6. Conduct face-to-face or online meetings with customers or internal teams to maintain relationships, understand production trends, and discuss daily topics.
  7. Participate in the company’s expansion into new business sectors beyond semiconductor distribution.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  2. Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering is beneficial.
  3. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality to work in a team.
  4. Japanese language skills (N3 or above) are advantageous.
  5. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the electronic components industry.
  6. Good analytical skills, meticulous attitude, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle/SAP.
  8. Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import, and logistics (warehouse/forwarding) is advantageous.
  9. Overseas travel may be required.

Remuneration:

MYR 3,500 - MYR 5,500
