This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their careers and achieve high income. As a Sales Executive / Senior Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building strong, long-term customer relationships. Success is defined by your ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic plans aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with sales goals and client needs.
  2. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate product offerings effectively to potential and existing clients, highlighting value and benefits.
  3. Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver tailored sales proposals addressing client requirements and solutions.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent performance and focus on closing deals.
  5. Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor sales activities, report performance, and forecast future sales, identifying growth opportunities.
  6. Client Retention: Maximize opportunities within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell prospects.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts to build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate trust with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and fostering lasting business relationships.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service by addressing concerns promptly and anticipating client needs.

Negotiation and Deal Closing:

  1. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to ensure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
  2. Client Onboarding and Delivery: Oversee the client journey from deal closure to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing post-sale concerns.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer support teams to align campaigns and client requirements.
  2. Product and Process Feedback: Provide insights based on customer interactions and market trends to improve offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry or material handling.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Own transportation, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Results-oriented, energetic, quick learner, adaptable, and goal-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and effective time management.
