Job description

To meet a monthly new sales target RM3,000 for domestic and RM500 for international

To assist manager / assistant manager to achieve individual target for their team

To update Google Sheet daily and ensure updated planner and pipeline

To work closely on Pipeline accounts

To ensure that there are lesser than 5 visitations per day (new account) and minimum 70 quotation per month

To ensure that all signed back documents are accorded with the original copy of credit application complete with the following details: Individual/company's name, address, original company stamp

Attached together: Rates table, Delivery Order and GDR Agreement, Standard Conditions of Carriage, etc.

To ensure all quotation are followed-up/renewed within 6 months

To ensure all customer area attended to for supplies or other requirements

To attend to miscellaneous issue (claims/complaint/questions) from customer in a timely manner

To submit all relevant claims/documentations before 2nd of each month

To submit weekly planner for Manager's approval

To submit Daily Visitation Listing for Manager's checking and verifying

To submit weekly sales production report on every Mondays to Manager

To carry out any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time and whenever necessary

Follow ISO and Company's policies and procedures

To handle any additional task handed by BIC/Branch Executive from time to time

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.

At least one (1) year experience in sales / marketing / business development role with proven track records.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge is required

Excellent in presentation skills

Fundamental selling and negotiation skills will be added advantage

Must always be tactful dealing with all levels of customers

Must be able to handle customer's requirements and complaint effectively

Possess a valid driving license and capability in driving essential

Business writing skills will be an added advantage
