The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive / Representative to join our dynamic team at JJ Suppliers Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our extensive range of beer(Heineken/Tiger/Anchor/Guiness) and liquor products to a diverse customer base across the Johor Bahru region. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities

Proactively reach out to potential new customers to introduce our product portfolio and secure new business

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless ordering and delivery experience

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives

Accurately record and report on sales activities, targets and performance

Contribute to the overall sales and growth objectives of the company

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the beer, liquor or FMCG industry, fresh graduate also encourage to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple customer accounts

A self-motivated and resilient mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Proficient in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

A valid driving licence and your own vehicle to facilitate travel within the Johor Bahru region
