Sales Executive (Renovation & Property Services)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a hungry Sales Exec who fights for commission and results. Fast career growth & chance to lead our business expansion in the property industry.

Identify VP (Vacant Possession) buildings with high renovation or rental potential

Study rental potential & forecast rental returns, and prepare renovation cost estimates

Propose sales packages for rental management and renovation to management

Create marketing content and conduct outreach (text, cold call, sales booth, etc.)

Present packages to property owners, handle owner enquiries, and close sales

Provide after-sales service and maintain good relationships with owners

Outstanding performers will be fast-tracked to lead the sales team

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in property industry
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales
  • Excellent presentation & sales pitch skills
  • Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
  • Self-driven and sales target oriented
