Sales Executive (Product Specialist) - Shah Alam

We are looking for highly driven individuals with integrity and leadership qualities who are keen to establish a career in sales and believe in doing something meaningful and being rewarded for it.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of surgical and medical products
2. Regularly meet with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote our products and services
3. Provide professional support to customers, including attending surgical/medical procedures and offering on-site application and technical support
4. Drive revenue and achieve sales targets
5. Conduct and organize continuous medical education (CME) events such as workshops, demonstrations, and exhibitions
6. Forecast sales and prepare reports
7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers

You will report to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Honest, disciplined, with a good attitude, and able to work independently
• Motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Good interpersonal skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
