Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Printers & Robotics

Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor preferred, open to travel)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / Director – Amazin Automation

About Us:

Amazin Automation is a fast-growing technology and industrial automation company, offering intelligent hardware solutions like Industrial Printers (CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, DOD) and Robotics (including service robots like Diner Bots, Butler Bots, and Industrial Automation Bots). We are expanding our footprint in Southeast Asia and are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive business in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and close sales opportunities in Malaysia across key sectors: manufacturing, hospitality, packaging, and logistics.
  • Promote and sell Amazin Automation’s range of industrial printers and robotics solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct client presentations, demos, and trials with support from technical teams.
  • Provide product education, solutions, and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Share feedback with product and marketing teams to align offerings with local market requirements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in India and Malaysia for delivery, support, and project execution.
