About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Persol Technical Services Sdn Bhd in Bintulu, Sarawak. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector

Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

Negotiating and closing sales contracts

Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and new technologies

Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience and degree in Electrical field will be advantage.

Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including products, services, and industry trends

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
