Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inquiries/feedback and resolve complaints from existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  2. Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand our client base.
  3. Support the Marketing Manager and Managing Director in various Sales & Marketing initiatives.
  4. Coordinate and foster strong relationships between our company and customers for mutual success.
  5. Gather insights on customer and competitor activities to improve strategies.
  6. Ensure timely payment collections from customers to maintain healthy cash flow.
  7. Act as the main liaison for assigned customers, handling order reception, entry, scheduling, delivery negotiations, shipment arrangements, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claims, and management.
  8. Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and agents on all shipping and delivery matters to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  9. Collaborate with customers on forecasts, pricing, payment collections, and support order delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, invoicing, and cargo claims when issues arise.
  10. Assist overseas and local sales teams with various support tasks as needed.
  11. Provide customer service through regular visits.
  12. Support the company's objectives in daily tasks and carry out assignments from supervisors and management.
  13. Execute tasks assigned by the Section Head and other senior management.
  14. Continuously seek to improve the company's overall quality through innovative ideas and projects.
