Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth goals.
- Lead and support the sales team by setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring targets are achieved.
- Oversee daily sales activities, including lead generation, client management, and closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector to grow the client base.

- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly explaining the company's services.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on campaigns and product launches.
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Train and coach the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle complex negotiations and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in planning sales budgets, forecasts, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Represent the company at events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Good knowledge of the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, and current trends.
