Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region. We are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences through strategic partnerships and high-quality travel products. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing the sales team, and executing strategic sales plans to ensure the company meets its revenue targets.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive/Manager at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements:
  • Degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, and trends.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate handling of sales processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth goals.
  • Lead and support the sales team by setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including lead generation, client management, and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector to grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly explaining the company’s services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while staying competitive.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on campaigns and product launches.
  • Track and report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
  • Keep up with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales strategies.
  • Train and coach the sales team to build skills and improve performance.
  • Handle complex negotiations and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Help plan sales budgets, forecasts, and strategies in line with business goals.
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
