About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team at PGS LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD. As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client portfolio. This full-time position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and solutions
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new growth areas
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of successful new business development in the sales industry
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in using sales computer tools
6. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
7. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
