Job Position: Sales Executive
Salary Range: Basic up to RM4k + comm + RM2k (Entertainment Allowance)
Working hours : Flexi Time, can choose to off on weekend or weekday (1 day off per week)
Location: Jalan Kamuning KL

Job Scopes

  • Proactively identify and attract new customers through personal efforts and networking. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting the bars offerings, including events, premium drinks, and membership programs.
  • Represent company at company-sponsored social networking events to connect with potential customers and build brand presence
  • Engage with guests during in-house events to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the outsourced marketing team to ensure seamless coordination of promotional campaigns and events.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies, aligned with sales goals
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue
  • Plan and execute in-house and external events in collaboration with the marketing team and other departments
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations on the day of the event.
  • Monitor event outcomes and provide post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (experience in the bar/food & beverage industry is a plus).
  • Willingness to attend networking events and work flexible hours.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills to connect with a wide range of customers
