Responsibilities include client relationships, sales and negotiation, market research, achieving sales targets, scheduling meetings, finding prospects, and generating reports.

The Sales Executive role is client-facing, responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Success depends on understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales options and build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Source cold leads and new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and report findings.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and handle objections.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess needs and expand into new markets.
  • Set sales goals and develop strategies.
  • Generate leads and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals.
  • Assist in marketing activities and company events.

Requirements:

  • SPM, diploma in business studies, or related field of Sales.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Product training provided for Frozen Foods, Japanese Foods, FMCG, F&B, etc.
  • Results-driven, with negotiation and marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Open to multiple work locations, including Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Johor Bharu.
  • Willing to travel or visit customers outstation.
