Job description

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to grow our customer base in Johor. This is a field-based role focused on client visits, new business, and product sales in the building materials industry.

Commission-Based Role – Total Earnings Up to RM8,000++

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in key markets around Johor, including contractors, hardware shops, and property developers

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales successfully

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitors

Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction

Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally

Travel within Johor for client visits, site inspections, and participation in industry events or exhibitions

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field

At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in construction/building materials)

Based in Johor or familiar with the Johor / Johor Bahru market

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Must have own transport and be willing to travel within Johor for appointments
