Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and increase market penetration.
  • Assist in attaining sales goals, including expanding market share.
  • Implement market development and field marketing activities. Schedule appointments and make sales presentations. Develop customer-focused presentation packages.
  • Promote and coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance healthcare professionals' knowledge.
  • Visit customer locations regularly to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Manage contracts and tenders effectively.
  • Target and manage assigned territory within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Execute promotional activities to boost sales of specific products or areas.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Assist in sales forecasting and submit reports to management.
  • Prepare sales reports and documentations as required.
  • Relay market information to management.
  • This role is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.
Qualifications

Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.

Experience And Skills
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong presentation, client relationship, prospecting, and sales planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of achievements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates leadership to influence others and meet deadlines.
