Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.
  2. Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives.
  3. Implement market development and field marketing activities. Schedule appointments and make sales presentations to customers. Develop customer and product-focused presentation packages for sales.
  4. Promote and coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  5. Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  6. Perform contract and/or tender management activities.
  7. Target and manage assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.
  8. Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
  9. Execute national, regional, and local promotional activities designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
  10. Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit to management.
  11. Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
  12. Relay significant market information to management.
  13. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in selling medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong presentation skills, client relationship management, prospecting skills, sales planning, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good track record of achievements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates leadership to influence others and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of following up on requests and meeting deadlines.
  • Business process and result-oriented.
  • Team player with a performance-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • High level of drive, resilience, and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
  • Proactive in task execution and driving sales results.
  • Energetic and passionate about building a successful sales career.
  • Must be able to travel.
