Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will assist Sales Managers in generating and managing sales accounts to maximize revenue across departments including Rooms and Food & Beverage. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Engaging with clients through proactive calls and interactions.
  2. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date account records.
  3. Ensuring regular follow-up and review of sales production.
  4. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and local competition.
  5. Collaborating closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Event Planning, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event planning or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
