Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food & beverages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Fast learner, quick thinker, passionate about sales.
• Proactive, organized, able to prioritize, and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn, constructive, problem-solver, and proactive in making things happen.
• Independent with minimal supervision, team player with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, honest, accountable, well-groomed, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
• Possess own transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee entire sales operations, lead and manage the sales team, and provide field sales training to drive revenue and achieve targets.
2. Monitor and assist the sales team regarding DSO/debt collection and resolve long-standing issues.
3. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
4. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
5. Prepare and deliver product and service presentations.
6. Create regular sales reviews and reports for management and team members.
7. Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints and objections.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve results.
9. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
10. Analyze market trends and suggest product enhancements.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors and the company.
