Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Total Aeon Account in Central + Melaka + Perak.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned AEON outlets.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within stores.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales through promotions, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AEON store managers, department heads, and in-store staff.
  • Negotiate and executive promotional activities and planograms in line with clientstandards.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and correct pricing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are in place and update regularly.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data to propose actionable strategies for improvement.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidate must possess at least SPM.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in modern trade (especially AEON, Tesco, Kotis's, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
